Q: How do I access an archived event?
A: To access an archived event:
Click on your event.
Under “Request Access to Archived Event”, click Continue.
Fill out the required information and create a password. Click Place Order at the bottom.
Click your event again and at the right under “Archived Event Login” enter your email address and the password you just created.
You will be able to access all archived events for 3 days.
(Please Note: If you are trying to Un-Archive Senior Photos, you will also need your 4-digit password that was provided to you via email after your session.
Q: How do I place an order for my Portraits?
A: Placing a Portrait Order:
Click on your event folder and enter your password.
To order a photo, click the photo to view it as full size and to the right select “Order/View Prices.”
Select your quantities, retouching etc., then click “Add to Cart” at the bottom of the page.
Complete the required ordering information and click Place Order.
Orders will be mailed to you within about 3 weeks of your order date.
Your photos will remain online for one month.
